Ok, so for those who are confused about the naruto shippuuden episode 169 here is an explanation to what happened:

Last week Tokyo TV decided to release a 40 minute special but changed their mind and released only episode 168 and kept the episode 169 to release it the week after, but unfortunately for them and luckily for us the episode was leaked on the net and subbed by some fansubs. We posted naruto 169 last week for those who wanted to watch it early, and I put the Note at the top saying "If you watch this episode now, you won't have anything to watch next week" because I didn't want to use leaked works since there was a slim chance of creating problem for H-A.
Anyways, what all this mean? It means that naruto 169 was officially suppose to be released this week and if you have already watched it then you need to watch till the next week to watch the next episode which is a 40 min special filler.
