These are the following rules/specifications for SOTW#23
If not followed, your entry will either be disqualified or asked to be changed.
If a signature is questioned to be a "Pre-made" by someone else. We will require the original PSD or pictures of the raw components to be posted in the thread. We require that these components be kept for at least up to three weeks from the posted contest date.

Theme: Pirate (s)

Min. Size: 300x90
Max. Size: 420x140
(There is no real set size, just as long as it doesn't exceed the tag size.)
Animation:Not Allowed
Pre-made:Not Allowed
Text: Put your Hiddenanime user name
Other: N/A

Please post a theme recommendation for the next SOTW the winner would have his theme up for the next SOTW
